In the last process of the production line, Huashi Company installed high-precision checkweighing equipment. This device can quickly and accurately measure the weight of packaged cosmetics and compare the actual weight with a preset standard weight range. Once the weight of a cosmetic product is detected to exceed or fall below the standard range, the checkweighing device will immediately signal. Immediately after receiving the signal, the checkweighing and rejecting system will quickly start the rejecting mechanism. This mechanism adopts an efficient and accurate upper flap design, which can accurately remove non-conforming products from the production line and transfer them to the designated non-conforming product collection area. The entire culling process is fast and accurate, without any interference to the normal operation of the production line.
In addition, Sedoli's dynamic checkweigher is not only an efficient and accurate checkweighing device, it also has powerful expansion functions. This checkweigher is equipped with advanced communication interfaces such as RS232/485 and Ethernet communication ports. These interfaces make it easy to connect seamlessly with the existing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems of the factory, which greatly improves the real-time and traceability of production data. Through integration with ERP and MES systems, Sedoli Dynamic Checkweigher can upload production data to the enterprise management system in real time, thus realizing transparent monitoring and management of production processes. Enterprise managers can check the weighing data of products in real time through the system, understand the operation status of the production line, find problems in time and make adjustments to ensure the stability of the production process and product quality.
