(1) Scope of application
In the checkweighing process of color box packaging production lines such as all kinds of toys, small household appliances and daily instruments, the assembly line is directly installed, without reforming the assembly line, occupying no land, and feeding automatically.
(2) Main functions
- Report function: built-in report statistics, report can be generated in EXCEL format
- Storage function: 100 kinds of product testing data can be preset, and 30000 pieces of weight data can be traced back
- Interface function: equipped with RS232/485, Ethernet communication port, support factory ERP and MES system interactive docking
- Multi-language selection: can be customized multi-language, the default is Chinese and English
- Remote control system: reserve multiple IO input and output points, multi-function control production line process, remote monitoring start and stop
(3) Performance characteristics
- Touch-sensitive start/stop button
- Upper and lower limit weight parameters set arbitrarily
- Optional stop checkweighing or continuous weighing, push rod rejection and audible and visual alarm when the product is abnormal.
- Chinese touch interface, multi-group recipe preservation, password rights management, Chinese weighing records, intelligent fault detection, etc.
- The running direction, configuration, performance, assembly line height, material, etc. of the equipment can be customized according to customer requirements
