In the production process, after preliminary packaging, the pajamas are transferred to the pajamas gold checkweighing machine. The all-in-one machine first scans the pajamas through the metal detection module to detect whether metal impurities are contained therein. The metal detection module adopts advanced electromagnetic induction technology, which can sensitively identify any tiny metal foreign objects to ensure the safety of the product. Subsequently, the pajamas enter the weight detection module. The module uses a high-precision load cell to weigh the pajamas and compares the actual weight with a preset standard weight. If the weight of the pajama pants is within the standard range, the system will automatically determine that it is a qualified product and send it to the next production link; however, if the actual weight exceeds or falls below the preset standard range, the system will immediately trigger an alarm and activate the swing arm rejection device at the same time to remove the unqualified products from the production line to ensure the product quality of the entire production line.
