Job Requirements
1, according to the production plan and drawing requirements, the equipment and its related parts for welding operation
2. Regular inspection, maintenance and repair of welding equipment
3. Proficient in welding technology, including the use of welding equipment, the adjustment of welding parameters, the selection of welding materials, etc., to ensure welding quality and efficiency
Skill Requirements
1, familiar with manual arc welding, argon arc welding and other welding technology, can understand the drawings and process requirements
2. Understand the selection and use of welding materials, and be able to select appropriate welding materials according to product requirements
3, familiar with the operation and maintenance of welding equipment, can independently solve equipment failure
4. Have good welding quality awareness and safety awareness, can ensure welding quality and safety
5, serious and responsible work, careful and rigorous, can complete the task according to the standards and requirements
Welfare treatment
1. Working hours: 8:00-12:00 a.m.; 13:30-17:30 p. m.
